Who We're Built For

We are not for everyone. And that is by design.

BIG Family Pools operates with limited routes, a defined standard, and a selective intake process. The clients we work best with share a common mindset: they want the job done right, and they understand that comes at a professional price.

The Right Fit

The clients we do our best work for.

Our best client relationships share a common profile. The homeowner who views their pool as part of a significant property investment and wants it managed accordingly. The estate manager who needs consistency, documentation, and a vendor they can trust without micromanaging. The vacation rental owner who knows a pool problem on a Friday costs them far more than professional management does.

These clients do not want the cheapest option. They want the right one. They delegate to professionals and expect the standard to be upheld without being asked.

That is exactly the relationship we are built to deliver.

Not the Right Fit

Who we are not built for.

We are not the lowest price option in the East Valley. We will not be. Clients who are primarily shopping on price will find other providers who compete on that basis. We wish them well.

We are also not a good fit for clients who want a different person every week, do not value documentation, or prefer to handle chemistry decisions themselves. Our system is built around consistent professional oversight. It requires trust in both directions.

We would rather be honest about fit upfront than take on a client relationship that is not going to work for either side.

"I called BIG Family Pools for a repair and ended up switching my weekly service to them the same week. The difference in professionalism was immediately obvious. I did not realize what I had been settling for."

The Process

Every new client starts with an evaluation.

We do not sign new clients over the phone. Every new relationship begins with a property evaluation so we can assess the pool, the equipment, the current state of the water, and whether we are the right fit for each other.

The evaluation gives us what we need to set proper expectations, identify any existing issues, and price the service accurately. It gives you the opportunity to meet us in person and see how we operate before making any commitment.

If it is a good fit, we move forward. If it is not, we will tell you honestly and point you in a better direction.

If this sounds like the right fit, request an evaluation.

We take on a limited number of new clients each year. The evaluation process is how we make sure every new relationship starts on the right foundation.
