Aquatic Asset Management

Weekly management for pools that deserve more than a quick visit.

A swimming pool is a six-figure asset and a complex mechanical system. We manage it the way a professional manages anything valuable: with discipline, documentation, and a long-term view.

The Service

What your Route Manager does on every visit.

A Route Manager visit is not a quick skim and leave. Every visit includes standards-based brushing of all surfaces, debris removal, basket cleaning, and a full equipment check. Every piece of equipment is visually and operationally inspected on each visit.

Water chemistry is tested and balanced using LSI-driven scientific principles, not guesswork. We document every reading. Over time, those logs reveal trends in your water and your equipment before problems become expensive.

If something is flagged, you hear about it the same day. We do not wait for the next visit to tell you your heater is trending toward failure.

Water Chemistry

Managed by science. Not guesswork.

BIG Family Pools has been recognized three times as a national finalist for Pool Company of the Year by Pool Nation, specifically for the quality of our water chemistry. Other pool companies have reviewed our logs and been genuinely surprised.

Properly balanced water does more than look clear. It protects your plaster, extends equipment life, reduces chemical consumption over time, and eliminates the irritation that comes from poorly managed water.

Our clients use fewer chemicals than clients of most other providers. That is not luck. It is the result of doing the chemistry correctly every single week.

Your Route Manager

One person. Your pool. Every week.

Every client is assigned a dedicated Route Manager. Not a rotating crew. Not whoever is available. The same professional, on the same day each week, who knows the history of your water, your equipment, and your property.

Route Managers are employees, not contractors. They are trained to our standards, they carry our name, and they are accountable for every pool on their route. When you call the office, we know exactly what happened at your pool last week because it is documented.

This is what professional aquatic management looks like. Most of the industry does not operate this way.

Repairs, Without Friction

You set the threshold. We do the work.

Most pool service runs on a quote-and-callback loop. The Route Manager finds something. The office quotes it. The client approves it. The truck comes back a week later. The pool waits in between. Everyone loses time, and the problem grows.

We do it differently. Every client sets their own repair authorization threshold during onboarding. Below that number, we take care of it on the spot. Above it, we call first. Our floor is $125, our minimum service call. Some clients set it at $250, others at $500. One client has it at $10,000. He wants the pool handled, not the paperwork.

A failing capacitor caught in the route is a $40 repair. The same capacitor ignored is a $1,200 motor. The threshold conversation is how we make sure the small thing stays small, and how preventive maintenance actually stays preventive.

"I have had other pool services. None of them documented anything. BIG Family Pools sends me a report after every visit. I know exactly what was done and what was found. That is the difference."

"As a pool builder, I recommend BIG Family Pools to every client I hand off. The standard they hold themselves to is the same standard I hold my builds to. They are the right partner."

Get Started

Every new client starts with an evaluation.

We assess the property, the equipment, and the current state of your water before we begin. This lets us set expectations, identify any existing issues, and confirm we are the right fit for your pool.
