Arcadia sits at the base of Camelback Mountain and carries a reputation built over decades. The homes here are among the most coveted in metropolitan Phoenix, and the pools reflect that same sensibility. BIG Family Pools brings professional aquatic management to Arcadia properties that deserve more than a commodity service.
Arcadia's established character means many of its pools have history. Older plaster finishes, equipment that has been upgraded piecemeal over the years, and water chemistry that reflects decades of various management approaches. Reading that history and managing around it requires more than a standard service protocol.
Our Route Managers document everything. Over time, we build a complete picture of your pool's chemistry trends, equipment performance, and what it needs to stay balanced and running. That documentation protects your investment and gives you clarity when a repair decision needs to be made.
We also service the growing number of newly renovated and custom-built pools in Arcadia that blend the neighborhood's established aesthetic with modern aquatic systems. Both ends of that spectrum are within our standard.
Arcadia pools with Camelback Mountain views get seen. They show up in listing photos, on social media, and in the mental image every guest carries of their stay. A pool that is visually stunning but chemically mismanaged will not stay that way for long.
BIG Family Pools has been recognized three times as a national finalist for Pool Company of the Year by Pool Nation, specifically for water chemistry quality. The science that keeps water looking and feeling exceptional is not accidental. It is the result of disciplined, documented management every single week.
Your Arcadia pool should look exactly as good as everything else about your property. That is what we are here for.

"I manage a vacation rental portfolio across Scottsdale and Arcadia. Since BIG Family Pools took over, I have not had a single pool-related guest complaint. That is the whole job."
