When a storm comes through, your Route Manager restores your pool on the next visit. On Estate, storm recovery is always included, no matter how long it takes. On Standards and Stewardship, we absorb the first 30% of time beyond your standard visit. Past that, we bill the additional time at our direct cost of labor. No markup, no margin, no storm surcharge.
You pay only for the time our Route Manager is on your property, and our Route Managers are paid to do the job properly, not to rush it.
