BIG Family is not branding. It is a commitment.

Dean Ouellette started this company as a husband and father of eight kids. The name BIG Family Pools was never a marketing decision. It was a statement about who we are and how we intend to operate.

We treat every client the way we would want our own family treated. We treat every employee the same way. We do not sell anything a client does not need. We do not cut corners on a pool we would be embarrassed to put our name on.

That is the BIG Family Way. It is the reason clients stay, the reason employees take pride in the work, and the reason we are selective about who we take on.
