Service Plan FAQs
Do you include chemicals?
Yes. The Family plan includes all routine chemicals (acid, CYA, shock, tabs, phosphate prevention, enzymes, mineral reducer). Friend and Neighbor include most basics; phosphate prevention and seasonal mineral treatments may be billed as needed. Tabs are billed by bucket.
How is pricing determined?
Quotes are based on pool size, complexity (features, infloor, spa), vegetation, and water condition at start‑up. We’ll confirm your final monthly rate after reviewing your pool details.
Do you service salt pools?
Absolutely. We service and maintain salt systems and include salt cell cleanings in the Family plan. We can also quote new salt systems when appropriate.
What if a repair is needed?
We document issues with photos. Small repairs under your auto‑approval limit are completed immediately. Larger repairs are quoted first for your approval.
